Terms of service

Plain terms for a small tool.

The service

Twinpost is operated by TimeToPost (Opsibyte). It reads the posts you publish on one connected X account, using the official X API, and publishes the same content to the other networks you connect. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account and your content

  • You must be old enough to use X and each network you connect.
  • Keep access to your email safe: sign-in codes go there. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Your posts stay yours. You give us permission to read them and publish copies only where you told us to.
  • You are responsible for following the rules of X and of every network you connect, including rules about automated posting on some servers.
  • Don't use Twinpost for spam, impersonation or anything illegal.

Plans and payment

  • Your first mirrored post is free. After that, mirroring requires a paid plan.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of mirrored posts, one X source account and a maximum number of connected networks, as shown on the pricing page. Posts over the allowance are skipped until the next month.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it.
  • If we change prices, we will tell you by email before your next renewal at the new price.

What we can't promise

Twinpost depends on X and the other networks keeping their APIs available. They can change rules, limits or access without notice, and a network may stop working with Twinpost. We will do our best to keep things running and to tell you when something breaks, but the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for posts that fail, are delayed or are changed by a network. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Plan & account in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and we will tell you why.
